Always a dreamer with an optimistic attitude I married opposite. My husband likes to say he’s not a pessimist – he’s a ‘realist.’ Well, let’s be real for a minute, if you have a dream you gotta believe you can make it happen. Okay, you also have to be realistic about your expectations and the process to make it happen -after 30 years together the big guy is rubbing off on me…just a teeny bit. (married when we were 10)
Realistically, if want to excel in voice over you have to do all kinds of BELIEVING. You have to believe in your skills as a voice actor. You have to believe the words you are recording. Believe me – that won’t always be easy but you gotta bring it when you step behind the microphone. If you don’t believe the words coming out of your mouth when recording…no one will.

Finally, where are you in your career? What are your expectations and the process you’re using to excel? I would love to hear from you.
Enjoy the day,
Sneakingly sliding this in and promoting two nonprofits close to my heart.
